Superb two-bedroom apartment of 52m², very bright and completely renovated for 4 people on the ground floor, located in a residential area close to Chamonix town
Private garden. Free WIFI (code on the box).

Living room with lounge and sofa, television
Very spacious American kitchen overlooking the dining area and the living room ceramic hob, fridge / freezer, oven, filter coffee maker, "raclette" machine

SLEEPING ONLY FOR 4 PERSONS:
A bedroom with a double bed (160/200)
Two single beds in the second bedroom (90/190)

BATHROOM:
A bathroom with walk-in shower washing machine and dryer
Separate toilets

VARIOUS:
Vehicle parking space in front of the house. Closed ski room (in front of the apartment entrance)
Garden table and chairs available

Lovely apartment in peaceful area of Chamonix on the edge of the forest, but only a short walk to town and to the ski slopes. Apartment was well equipped, very spacious and had a ski locker and parking outside. Only issue was the hot water which seemed to run out by 1800 in spite of following the instructions so a hot shower after being out all day was not always possible. Initial booking was easy, but then got passed on through subsidiary companies who asked for a deposit and charged us for sheets, towels and cleaning- this was fine, but my preference is to go through one agent and have sheets and towels included. Overall, a very enjoyable week and a great apartment, that I would return to.
