Couldn’t get in the main door as electronic key code didn’t work we were let in by a resident leaving the building. Once inside key safe was tough to open

Perfect location with room for improvement

The sunrise every morning . Location is right next to the sea front . It's about 5 minutes work to harbour and 5 mins work to Lidl at the top of the road. Bed is comfy even if it is a pull down. There is a hairdryer but wasn't listed on items available in the apartment but a bonus

Pool not open yet, but it is early in the season . Even if it was there isn't any room for seating around it or available . I know the room is small but there's a lack of places to put things away or on. It's quite noisy in the bathroom If it's been raining. There is a constant dripping noise. The condensation on the inside of the windows after rain

Beautiful view from the window, convenient location, clean. Maximum 1-2 person. The owners of the apartment are kind people, they allowed to move in earlier, thanks to them.

The location is superior. Two minutes and you can enjoy the beach and the sea. I also liked it in the mornings, when you can wake up with sunrise.

It is really small, so it can be used only for a sleep and shower. And there is all a limited amount of hot water, so you can be in a shower like no more than 5 min, maybe less.

If you want beach, you got it here!

It's a cozy little studio that has a magnificent unobstructed ocean view. Every detail of the apartment has been studiously renovated to be modern and pretty. It's located 5 meters from the swimming pool and 20 meters from the beach. At the entrance of the beach, there's a massage parlor for those achy muscles. And you'll find a vibrant restaurant and shopping area. Welcome to Paradise!

I couldn't find any particular fault except that people in general can be very loud, but that's not the host's fault.

La ubicación es perfecta. Media hora caminando al centro de la ciudad y a media cuadra de la playa más grande de Torremolinos. David, uno de los anfitriones, muy pendiente de que todo funcione bien.

Hubiera sido perfecto tener algunos elementos básicos de cocina, como azúcar, sal, té y otras cápsulas de café.

el apartamento tiene una vista a la playa espectacular, es un apartamento muy práctico, muy limpio y además los dueños son muy amables y muy atentos y están siempre listos para ofrecerle el mejor servicio al huésped y para resolver cualquier inquietud que tenga el huesped con respecto a la estancia.

Muy contentos

Ha sido una reserva express (el día anterior) para mis padres, quienes tuvieron un imprevisto y necesitaban quedarse sí o sí una noche más en Torremolinos. Al poco de hacer la reserva, me escribió el anfitrión dándome todas las indicaciones necesarias para el check in. El estudio es tal y como se muestra en las fotos, pequeño pero funcional, la cama es abatible por lo que se puede subir cuando no se usa y ganar más espacio. Las ventanas tienen unas vistas al mar estupendas. Y por último, estaba muy limpio lo que siempre es de agradecer.

A mis padres les ha gustado todo, repetiremos :)

Estudio pequeño pero no le falta detalle, cama abatible y muy cómoda, al abrir el ventanal da la sensación de estar como en una terraza frente al mar con unas vistas increíbles.

Lo único negativo fue la lluvia.

El olor a tabaco era mortal

Horrible el olor a tabaco que hacía en el mini estudio. Insoportable. Asqueroso. Tuvimos que tener toda la tarde las ventanas abiertas porque no se podía del olor tan vomitivo que hacía a tabaco. Supuestamente el estudio está libre de humo, pero no es verdad, alguien había fumado y mucho en él. Por lo demás es un mini estudio está reformado, y es muy coqueto, frente al paseo marítimo y por consiguiente el mar. Hay restaurantes, tiendas , cafeterías y demás cerca. Para una pareja está bien. Tiene alguna sartén, una olla, cubiertos , platos, vasos, secador de pelo…. Lavadora, frigorífico. Está bien para pasar unos días siempre y cuando le quiten el mal olor a tabaco.

El olor tan horrible a tabaco. Se oyen los bajantes cada vez que alguien tira de la cisterna, el edifico es viejo aunque el estudio está reformado.

Kleines Apartment mit schönem Blick

Die Übergabe der Schlüssel hat prima funktioniert ohne persönlichen Kontakt. Die Lage ist absolut toll mit direktem Blick zum Meer und auf die Promenade. Das Bad ist auch sehr schön und sauber.

Die Ausstattung der kleinen Küche ist soweit ok.,aber etwas minimalistisch, es fehlen einige Dinge, die man im Alltag eigentlich braucht, aber für einen Kurzurlaub ok.
