This private, upper unit of a duplex sits perfectly on the border of Dana Point and San Clemente. Enjoy an ocean view from the balcony, as well as a large patio that's great for small gatherings. The spacious living room has a big screen tv and a wonderful gas fireplace that really sets the mood and ambiance for your beach vacation. A three min walk to beautiful Pines Park is the perfect place to watch the fabulous sunsets over the Pacific Ocean or to take your dog for a walk.

Perfect location for Ohanafest. Very clean unit. Chris was very responsive. Left snacks and a bottle of wine. That was a nice touch. Would definitely stay here next year!!

We loved our stay here. This was one of the cleanest and most well stocked rentals we have stayed in. We also appreciated the lovely outdoor space, including some outdoor toys for kids. There was plenty of space for our family. The little office space behind the bathroom was big enough for a pack and play. Walking distance to Pines Park, which has amazing ocean views and a playground. We also appreciated the hosts, who kindly reached out before the stay to ask if we had any particular requests. Overall, a very welcoming stay and would be happy to visit again.

This beach home is amazing, it is better than the pics. The kitchen has everything you could ever need. The bed is a foam mattress which was very comfortable. We enjoyed having dinner out on the deck looking at the moon and stars! Chris, the property manager is awesome too! We will be back to this property!!
