About this apartment rental
Fall in love with Amore! Spectacular views from a wonderful penthouse apartment perched high above the rooftops — that’s Amore! Two blocks from the Ponte Vecchio, the Amore apartment boasts a massive terrace and stunning Duomo views.
Location
The apartment is just one block from the Uffizi Gallery and Piazza Signora. Two blocks to the Ponte Vecchio and less than a 10 minute walk to the Duomo, you can’t be more central than this!
The apartment building was built around a historic medieval tower, the Torre Lambertesca. The building’s elevator runs up the tower.
Exterior
The expansive terrace is the jewel in the crown of the Amore apartment. Lounge, read, do yoga, nap, dine or enjoy cocktails. Plenty of outdoor seating and dining space. Take in gorgeous views of Brunelleschi’s masterpiece, the dome, or Duomo as it is known, of the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, one of the wonders of the world. The views stretch out on two sides of the apartment. From the hills of Fiesole to the Forte di Belvedere. In the evenings, sit on the terrace and marvel at beautiful sunsets.
Interior
The living-dining room is filled with light from the two large picture windows and French doors that open to the terrace. An antique mantle adorns the non-working fireplace.
The kitchen, while small, has some of the most amazing views from the sink looking out towards Forte di Belvedere and the hills beyond. With the bounty of restaurants at your doorstep no need to cook.
Enjoy views in both bedrooms. From the bed in bedroom 1 you can gaze up at Arnolfo di Cambio’s bell tower in the Piazza Signora.
While facing the terrace from bedroom 2 take in views of medieval towers. There is a combination washer/dryer for your laundry needs.
Things to Note:
As a safety precaution, children must be supervised at all times on the balcony/terrace.
Max occupancy includes all members of your travel party, including children under the age of 2.

Check in from 4pm-7:30pm, by appointment. Check out by 10am.
Late check in 7:30pm-10pm (€50 fee), only possible with advance arrangement. Fee must be paid in cash on arrival to greeter. No check ins after 10pm.

Perfect location in Florence, close to everything. Very clean and fresh. Clementina was there to greet us and gave an efficient and helpful welcome and guidance.

A little small er than we expected from the pictures. Terrace awesome although too crowed with plants. Disappointed in lack of starting supplies provided. We stayed 9 nights with supplies for maybe a two night stay. This could be improved upon. Elevator sounded like it may cause some difficulty but it was great, just a little small. Stairs to final floor were not an issue and we were 4 seniors. Lots of nice cafes and restaurants nearby so limited walking required except for tours you choose to take.

We stayed 2 weeks, this apartment exceeded our expectations in its management, interior appointments, amazing views, all on top of the superior location - super sexy apartment.
