Immaculate home with everything we could have needed. Comfy beds, stocked kitchen, wonderful hot tub. Our family will visit again!

Everything was wonderful. This is the second year we have stayed at this place and hopefully will be returning next year too.

There are a lot of other great properties in Bend, we won't be returning here. At the start of our stay the neighbors who we said hello to as we walked in told us they arent happy when they see girls reunions show up at the house. Red flag#1 We are in our 40s and not ones to party. Midway thru the trip, we got a note from Dan at Arrived saying that we had been loud while using the hot tub and that we weren't allowed to be in it after 10pm and to be "relatively quiet at all other times" as well. I reviewed the Vrbo and the paperwork posted in the house. None of which referenced a 10pm curfew. Any fond feelings we had about the property were gone after Dans text. We won't be returning.
