The apartment is composed of a living room with a lounge area, a dining room and an equipped kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary comforts (induction hob, oven, microwave oven, etc.) This room opens onto the beautiful 20m2 terrace and its double South/West exposure.

You will find two double bedrooms
SLEEPING CORNERS AND DORMITORIES:
Two sleeping areas (blind), offer bunk beds (the sleeping area is not suitable for children under 6 years old).
BATHROOM / SHOWER ROOM et WC:
Finally, you will have at your disposal two bathrooms with WC
The layout of the apartment makes it ideal for accommodating two families or a group of friends (up to 8 people).
On the ground floor, you have a ski locker with boot dryer and a parking space in the closed basement of the residence (with charging station for electric car)
