The studio has all the comforts you can expect: fully equipped kitchen, capacity to comfortably accommodate 3 people with a double bed and a futon.
You will be able to have services in your lodging such as 80 megabyte Wi-Fi, cable television, elevator, swimming pool in the solarium, meat grill and everything you need to feel at home.
The studio is located on a 4th floor in a new building, where you can enjoy a nice common area with a swimming pool, sun loungers, spinning bikes, outdoor furniture and a grill to barbecue whenever you like.
They can access the solarium, where they can sunbathe, cool off in the pool, also when they like they can grill meats since it has a grill and dining room in the common area.

The Studio Vanessa 505 is only 1 minute from Av 30 where you will find the transport of buses and taxis that pass frequently, it is in the center that you will not need a car to move around the area.
