About this cottage rental
A stunning, well equipped three bed cottage which accommodates up to 6 guests comfortably. Just a few minutes walk from the beautiful beach in Winterton-on-Sea and with all local amenities on your doorstep – our home provides the perfect space to enjoy the beautiful village and base to explore all that the Norfolk coast has to offer. The cottage is superbly equipped with everything you’ll need for your stay. There’s a comfortable living room which leads on to a separate conservatory, well equipped kitchen and dining area downstairs. Also downstairs is a family bathroom with electric shower over a bath. In the living room, you'll find an open fire for those chilly evenings, comfortable sofas and seating and an HD TV. The stairs leading to the bedrooms are a little steeper than you may be used to. Upstairs there are two good sized double bedrooms, both with comfortable double beds and plenty of storage. Then there's a single bedroom with adult sized bunks – ideal for children or adults. Outside is a great sized, fully enclosed garden laid to lawn - with a decked area and outdoor seating and dining at the end of the garden. Here you'll also find a barbecue.

Great location for beach walks and easy access to the broads and around.
Friends weekend away before the winter months set in.
Property well equipped and homely. Mike, the owner, very responsive and a pleasure to talk with.
I will say the garden needs a little tending and some touching up inside but it is the end of, I hope, a busy season. The house was spotless and very good value.
We had a cockney themed night at Poppylands, great place, run with lots of enthusiasm.
Ludham Illuminated Boat Parade; next is 2025. If you ever go be super early, it was chaos for parking at Potter Higham.
Came home to a fish platter from Dabs & Crabs, based at Hirst’s farm shop; fabulous!
Last night return taxi; Stripe’s to The Ingham Swan. Delicious!
We would definitely re-visit, thank you Mike and your housekeeper

Great communication with the owner. Property was very clean and well equipped and the little welcome goodies were a really lovely touch. So great to be within walking distance to the beach which everyone enjoyed. We all had a fab time!
