This well-appointed family home is clean, light, bright and super cosy with all the modern touches of a hotel. Comprising of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large open plan living and dining area and large well-appointed kitchen with island bench. Huge fully fenced backyard with decking, electric outdoor heating, grassed areas, BBQ and outdoor setting. Undercover off-street parking for 2 cars, additional parking for boat/jetski or another car.

Master with queen size bed and ensuite
Bedroom 2 - queen size bed
Bedroom 3 - Tri bunk (single on top with double on bottom)
Second living space with double fold out sofa, suitable for 1 adult. Please bring your own bedding if you wish to use this fold out bed

It was nice to get away with my partner and being able to bring our puppies with us. Accomodation was clean and spacious. Nice large backyard for the dogs and swimming pool came into good use because the weather was very warm. Beds where very comfortable. Property located in nice quiet area but very short drive to Rye and Rosebud beaches and cafes. Perfect stay.

We had booked this lovely house over the weekend and found it to be very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked up with all amenities. The beds were very comfortable. We loved the heated pool. The host Kirsty was so helpful, when we asked her to up the temperature of the pool and requested a late check out, she kindly obliged. We had a super time.
