It’s a great relaxed feeling, with plenty to keep the kids happy. They have their own dedicated menu. Wonderful Family Times.
For Wedding, perfect venue for bride and groom to stay for pre and post wedding. Relax and have a wonderful times for just the both of you....as well why not both of you get ready on the same property!? You can separate once the hair and makeup team arrive, and still have the traditional ‘aisle’ moment, where you first see each other as bride and groom (or bride and bride, etc.) at the ceremony. If you are looking to keep things as relaxed and stress-free as possible on your wedding day, the closer you are to your venue, the better it is for every party involved. I’ve seen the most chilled brides become so stressed on their wedding day, because of the distance they have to travel to their ceremony location. And if you’re getting married somewhere like the Settlers Run Golf and Country Club just opposite our villa , why not rent our house, and make a whole weekend of it! Get together there with your family and wedding party the day before. Have a BBQ lunch or recovery
In settlers Run estate , Our villa is just directly opposite the Golf Country Club, you could park alongside the road of the villa or outside the private parking lot next to the villa. There is ample Free Parking Space. 5-10min down you could visit Woolworths, Coles and Aldi with free parking just outside the supermarkets. Cranbourne Park Shopping Centre is just 10min down the estate. Karingal Hub Shopping just 15min away , Casey Field is a market place where you could easily get everything you need. As well as Westfield Fountain Gate. Petrol Kiosk @ Cranbourne South General Store, 235 Pearcedale Road just 5min away and a few more petrol Station and Car wash around the estate all within 5-10min. Macdonald, KFC, 7- Eleven, Hungry Jack , Subway Sandwich, Carl Jr . Red rooster , BWS , IGA, The Bottle -O and Liquorland is just 5-10 outside settlers run golf course. Super Convenience location at all times!

We booked over a year in advance as we were planning a trip from the UK to spend Christmas and New Year near my relatives, one of whom lives in Settlers Run. The location was perfect for us and the house was very spacious even for my large family of 4 children aged 17-10. Cassie could not have been more helpful, always quick to answer my messages and was there to greet us after our long journey. She was also very open to communication when we were there. I would definitely book this if we did the same trip again!
