So big in size with 2 separate living areas. Facilities were great and air con in main areas lovely.

Tv not working in one of the lounge rooms. Have given this feedback to the owner however.

The breakfast l cooked there was great, utensils, crockery, glassware, pots, pans and oven all good. The one recommendation l would make is the cutlery, the handles are so short they stick into your palms, very light weight, considering for $100 you can get good quality set for eight people of 12 pieces, no black pepper grinder, black peppercorns, Himalayan salt and grinder all there but no grinder. The check-in process was a nightmare. Few, very sensitive personal information were requested. All details of the driving licence were requested via photo for an identity check by the owner. This was against the Australian privacy and data protection and retention laws. On top of that, there is a huge risk of personal sensitive data being stolen, leaked hacked, or intentionally misused. (Not claiming there was any bad intention at all, but the risk is a risk) I have escalated this with the owner, and I did not disclose anything other than the name and the address. The concern was well received. Then, information of a credit card front and back was requested for security deposit, which is very offensive these days due to all the fraud activities going on at the moment. This is again extremely private data, which I did not provide and send a $500 deposit via pay ID, which was accepted. In summary, the check-in procedure was absolutely unacceptable and uncomfortable. Hope this will change in the future. The only complaint in the property was the shared toilet. It was taking more than 20 mins to fill after a single flush. Plus, it was leaking as well. Other than that, the property was good in condition and had good room.
