In an old village house, very quiet and close to shops, we rent a part of independent house with private access and direct from the street, full foot.
-a bedroom with double bed upstairs (duplex) overlooking the Luberon
-an open space above the bathroom while maintaining privacy with 2 single beds (ideal for 2 children)
-on the ground floor: a living room with sofa bed (ideal for a toddler) equipped TV (foreign channels), internet and wifi.
-on the ground floor: a large bright room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen
-a bathroom with bathtub
-a separate toilet
The swimming pool and the garden are accessible directly by a room (called red room) not part of the rental. It's a passage. If, however, you are interested in renting this extra room (for extra torque), I will send you the pictures and rates.
The garden is on 2 levels, with tables and chairs. The pool (about 10m by 5m and 2,3m deep) is surrounded by a large terrace equipped with two tables, chairs, sunbathing and an electric barbecue area. The view is incomparable 180 degrees on the Luberon and the village of Lacoste.
Parking space adjoining the house but beware very narrow street with a difficult turn. Other possible parking near the house (parking of the House of the Book and Culture, street Aristide Briand).
The non-rented part of the house is not occupied during the tenancy: thus, the tenants have exclusive enjoyment of the swimming pool and the garden.
