RENTALS SATURDAY TO SATURDAY IN JUNY, JULY, AUGUST AND SEPTEMBRE.
When one arrives at the property there is only one one hat can be said : ‘’AMAZING’’.
La Pleta is located on the top of a hill which is accessible via a private track. It boasts 21,000 m2 of land and 220 m2 of living area. What with being situated only 3km from Pollença old town and 2km from the sea this is a privileged property. Transport is a must.
The views of the bay from one side and of the green mountains in the valley from the other side are so impressive and the immense beauty of the surroundings is difficult to put into words. The Mediterranean garden which surrounds the private swimming pool with a Finnish canal and the adjoining terraces demonstrate the exquisite taste of the owner, an expert in the countryside.
La Pleta has a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, microwave, electric oven and a bar, everything that one might need for a summer holiday. From the kitchen there is access to the terrace where breakfast can be enjoyed whilst absorbing the sunning views of the countryside.
A spacious dining room with large windows and a big wooden table, with a log fire and comfortable sofas invite the client to relax whilst perhaps watching the TV or a DVD or even benefiting from the free WIFI service that we offer.
On the ground floor next to the dining room there is a bedroom with a double bed, with a dressing room and en suite luxurious bathroom.
Next to the main entrance there is a beautiful staircase leading up to the first floor where there are 2 more bedrooms, 1 double with with an en suite bathroom and another with 2 individual beds with ample space and balconies, allowing for accommodation for 6 in total.

A Barbecue in the fresh air ensures the guests some wonderful and unforgettable evenings.

A fabulous villa in a superb location, surrounded by wonderful terraces and gardens. There are peacocks, frogs and goats (bring ear plugs if a light sleeper) You feel very secluded but are only about 12 minutes from towns. The pool is big, the terrace with table tennis table a lovely retreat on hot days. The villa was spotlessly clean. There is no local information in the house at all - and no games or books etc. There are no tabs for the washing machine or dishwasher, and no handsoaps - no welcome basket of any kind at all, so be prepared - these are small but much appreciated touches that would be expected in a house of this level. There are some miniature shower gels and a couple of toilet rolls. The beds are all good except the ground floor double which is in desperate need of replacement. The artwork in the house really adds a homely feel. Bear in mind the downstairs bedroom is on the other side of the house from the staircase to the upstairs bedrooms (I'm thinking smaller children here) and the house really is deceptively big. Communication with the host agent was brilliant. Always quick, helpful and informative. All in all a super stay, that I highly recommend, and we would return, as long as the bed was sorted!

enjoyed our stay - beds comfortable, villa is really nicely appointed with lots of artwork on display. The pool is fantastic as is the covered gazebo adjacent with its comfy seating - the garden is possibly the best part of all as its so big and private you hear no other villas at all
