RENTALS SATURDAY TO SATURDAY IN JUNY, JULY, AUGUST AND SEPTEMBRE.
When one arrives at the property there is only one one hat can be said : ‘’AMAZING’’.
La Pleta is located on the top of a hill which is accessible via a private track. It boasts 21,000 m2 of land and 220 m2 of living area. What with being situated only 3km from Pollença old town and 2km from the sea this is a privileged property. Transport is a must.
The views of the bay from one side and of the green mountains in the valley from the other side are so impressive and the immense beauty of the surroundings is difficult to put into words. The Mediterranean garden which surrounds the private swimming pool with a Finnish canal and the adjoining terraces demonstrate the exquisite taste of the owner, an expert in the countryside.
La Pleta has a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, microwave, electric oven and a bar, everything that one might need for a summer holiday. From the kitchen there is access to the terrace where breakfast can be enjoyed whilst absorbing the sunning views of the countryside.
A spacious dining room with large windows and a big wooden table, with a log fire and comfortable sofas invite the client to relax whilst perhaps watching the TV or a DVD or even benefiting from the free WIFI service that we offer.
On the ground floor next to the dining room there is a bedroom with a double bed, with a dressing room and en suite luxurious bathroom.
Next to the main entrance there is a beautiful staircase leading up to the first floor where there are 2 more bedrooms, 1 double with with an en suite bathroom and another with 2 individual beds with ample space and balconies, allowing for accommodation for 6 in total.

A Barbecue in the fresh air ensures the guests some wonderful and unforgettable evenings.

enjoyed our stay - beds comfortable, villa is really nicely appointed with lots of artwork on display. The pool is fantastic as is the covered gazebo adjacent with its comfy seating - the garden is possibly the best part of all as its so big and private you hear no other villas at all

Gosh this house is beautiful! And the garden is stunning! And the pool is heavenly!
It’s better than the photos and in a super location for visiting the beautiful walled city of Alcudia and the beach & port at Pollença.
It’s also the first house, hotel, B&B & villa I have ever stayed at where there was a diffuser attachment for the hairdryer (curly girls will know what a game changer that is)! Joan was great at communicating, entry and exit were simple and it was so kind of him to leave basic groceries in the fridge.
A perfect holiday in a beautiful place where the only noises were the frogs, cicadas, goat bells and wild peacocks (which visited the garden now and then giving us an evening display of their impressive feathers). We loved it and have no doubt everyone else will too!
