Great location, but very old unit and poor quality for cost of this resort.

Location of the property a great

The condominiums are extremely dated, the stove various worked, well at least one burner turned on, the others didn’t work at all. The wifi didn’t work until day 5 after daily request and dealing with the host’s excuses and what appeared to be us bothering them. The quality of the beds and linens was very cheap, along with very old dishware and pans. The hot water didn’t really work.

it was ok but we will not be staying in Ixtapa again.

it was a choice made by cost, we never used the hotel only the basics bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen area.

it is situated in a very noisy hotel which is extremely popular with Mexican families during the week so lots of kids running about. the pool area becomes very crowded and there is constant music all electronic pop and only played very loud. nights were very noisy as you had the hotels show at the front until 10 and the disco by the pool sometimes until after 1am. in fairness sometimes the disco was from next door at the Krystal. I should add we are nearly all 70 so if you need peace and quiet this is not for you. the Mexicans are nice people but they travel as extended family, lots of them.

estar frente al mar, poca gente, lo cual, permitía nadar cómodamente en la alberca, pero nadar de verdad. Los Aires Acondicionados funcionaban perfectamente. Las camas eran muy cómodas

Me desagrado mucho que estuviesen remodelando el hotel Tesoro. Perdía totalmente la vista del espacio, era incomodo estar entre los albañiles en traje de baño. Siempre fueron respetuosos, pero sigue siendo incomodo El baño tenía una ligera fuga y por la presión empezaba hacer un ruido fuerte y muy agudo pero al final lo resolvimos.

No cuenta con agua caliente en la ducha a pesar que lo reporte diariamente, ningún dia tuve agua caliente, no obstante que les avise que acudia con adulto mayor y silla de ruedas, motivo por el cual es esencial la ducha diaria de un adulto mayor por cuestiones de salud.

La hubicacion del hotel, muy bonita la zona hotelera es muy tranquila,la alberca.

Desafortunamente la villa que nos hospedamos tenia plaga de cucarachas, se les comento a los encargados ojala lo mejoren.ya que mencionaron que llegan volando. La caja fuerte no servia y comentaron que se utilizaba la llave pero esta estaba oxidada . Creo con unas pilas queda. Se que lo pueden mejorar.

Lugar con ubicación excepcional con áreas limpias

La ubicación del lugar es increíble, las áreas comunes son muy lindas y con mucho mantenimiento, el departamento es realmente amplio limpio, sin olores y super comodo ya que tiene su estacionamiento privado a la puerda de la entrada y la alberca y playa en la puerta del patio super práctico si llevas carriola o sillas de ruedas o si no quieres tomar asensor, temia por privacidad o ruido pero todo lo contrario es muy tranquilo el departamento, definitivamente regresaremos!

Podrían dar mantenimiento al aire acondicionado de la sala, acondicionar los muebles y ropa de cama de más calidad para que se sienta más acojedor sin dudar pagaría más por una mejor decoración o mejor ropa de cama. El lugar es excelente y me encantó que es muy limpio no hay olor a humedad ni nada

Todo fue increíble desde la amabilidad de todo el personal tanto como de el hotel a los de la villa, Miguel mi anfitrión nos ayudó a hacer el check in mucho antes por qué llegamos antes de lo previsto, las instalaciones estuvieron limpias en todo momento, tuvimos una increíble vista desde ambas habitaciones la primera recámara tenía una vista linda al jardín y la mía una increíble vista al mar y la alberca 😍 las camas estaban cómodas y teníamos la comodidad de un departamento para nosotros solos, la cocina está totalmente equipada, todo bien ubicado,pudimos disfrutar de el show que dan por la noche lo cual también es muy bueno el animador David, la alberca el agua super rica

Bueno en relación con el precio.

La zona es buena ya que está dentro de un hotel, por lo que cuenta con ciertas amenidades como alberca, camastro y pueden incluirse en las actividades del hotel, solo no se puede acceder a los restaurantes o áreas de snack. La habitación cuenta con todo lo básico para pasarla bien.

Cuando lo contraté mencionaba que había Internet, nosotros tuvimos hasta el tercer día porque no nos lo proporcionaron, mandaba mensajes a quién me recibió pero nunca dieron respuesta y fue hasta que acudió un señor a darnos la contraseña, por cierto, llegó molesto porque ya había ido varias veces y no estábamos en la habitación, lo que refiere falta de coordinación entre los encargados. Las instalaciones se ven que ya tienen sus años y que no tiene mucho mantenimiento, por lo que no espere algo lujoso.
