Good location, spacious living area and master bedroom but other rooms quite compact.
Good location, approx. 5 minute walk to Schattberg Express / edge of town. Also close to the bus stops in both directions which is handy for getting to other express lifts. Good storage for clothing. Well appointed kitchen but very small. The agent responded quickly when, shortly after arrival, we reported a leaking kitchen tap and numerous light bulbs not working.
The photos of the property are taken with a wide-angled lens and give the apartment an appearance of being bigger than it actually is. The dining area, bathroom, kitchen and bedroom 2 are quite compact but the other two rooms were spacious enough. The shower squealed quite loudly but worked well. The apartment wasn't as clean as we'd have liked, it was surface clean but needs a deeper clean. The agents communications kept saying to expect two keys in the key-safe and to contact them if there wasn't. There was only one key and despite contacting them and being told another key would be dropped off it never was.

good location for skiing, there was ski storage, free parking outside the use. The WIFI worked and many tv channels Short walk to the skibuss and there was a ski storage

Gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis mit einer gut ausgestatteten Wohnung, Haus mit Optimierungspotenzial
Wohnung für 4 Personen gut ausgestattet und die Ausstattung war gut. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Skibus hält sehr nah am Haus. In Richtung Hochalm oder Hinterglemm fahren funktioniert sehr gut.
Das Haus ist schon etwas mitgenommen und viele Gebrauchsspuren. Recht hellhörig. Der Skikeller macht einen sehr vernachlässigten Eindruck und ist sehr muffig. Skischuhtrockner/ -wärmer funktioniert nicht richtig, Skischuhe waren morgens nicht warm und teilweise noch feucht. Lage mit ca 700 Metern zur Gondel eigentlich ok, nur um mit Skischuhen und Skiern zu laufen doch etwas weit. Skibus in Richtung Saalbach (letzte Bushaltestelle vor der Schattberggondel) fährt die Bus leider meist vorbei, weil der Bus dann voll ist.

Gut eingerichtete ruhige Wohnung in akzeptabler Nähe zum Lift und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten
Die Wohnung ist mit allem, was man braucht eingerichtet. Die Lage ist etwa 200 m von der nächsten Skibushaltestelle entfernt. Es lohnt aber nicht, auf den Skibus zu warten, denn nach weiteren 500 m ist man am Skilift SchattbergXpress.
Die Position des Fernsehers im Elternschlafzimmer ist ungünstig, wenn beide den Fernseher sehen wollen. Eine Garderobe für Jacken usw. fehlt. Es gibt dafür nur Haken an den Türen. Der Essbereich ist im Eingangsbereich mit einer recht kleinen Küche. Das große Wohnzimmer war für uns kaum nutzbar.
