Muy espacioso, todo funcionaba correctamente.
El departamento tenía mucho olor a cigarrillo. Somos no fumadores y eso fue un poco molesto.

Le prix est imbattable, la clim est agréable, le logement est situé juste à côté du métro donc très pratique.
Cette appartement est très mal isolé phoniquement, nous avions l’impression que les voisins vivaient avec nous, nous entendions tous ce qu’ils fesaient, la fenêtre étant situé juste à côté de la fenêtre nous entendions chaque piétons passé et chaque voiture comme si notre fenêtre était ouverte.
De plus la fenêtre ne se barre pas donc impossible pour nous de laisser les volets ouverts quand nous partions la journée.
Ensuite le douche n’est pas très pratique, l’eau chaude est vite épuisé, de l’eau éclabousse partout dans la salle de bain à cause du fait que la douche n’est que très peu fermé.
