L’emplacement proche du centre ville et du métro ( en arrivant de l’aéroport, c’est très pratique)
Visite faite à pied nous étions à 2km5 du centre historique
Calme, plein de commerce aux alentours
La propreté ,le confort et l’immense terrasse
La gentillesse de Patricia pour divers conseils et elle est très réactive

Big appartment, clean, easy check in and check out. The host was always available by text. Metro and buses not too far !
The place could look a little cozier, it does have potential ;)
Also, the front door of the building is really difficult to unlock.

The host reachable at any time and very easy to communicate with.
I visited Porto in March, which can be slightly cold especially with the rains. The facility didn’t provided any type of heating (i’m not sure if this is a common thing in portuguese households to not have central heating). The host provided a blanket instead. The water in the shower was only occasionally hot. I had to contact the host multiple times to complain that there is no hot/warm water to take a shower. They brought in a technician to have a look on my last the of stay (4/4) but i think this should’ve been sorted way before my or anyone’s stay at the apartment.
