Disappointing

Had to wait about 15 minutes for somebody to come open the room, then was told I had to pay cash as there is no card facilities, this is not mentioned on your booking site according to me room selection it is a 40m2 room if the room I slept in is more than 10m2 I will be supprised one can hardly get past the basin to the toilet

Roache infested room

At arrival past 14:00 our booked room was not cleanes yet, we were offered another room. We where informed they are a cash only property so we had to go withdrew money. We left our pizza we orderd for dinner on the kitchen counter, we arrived back wanting to feed the kids and the pizza was infested with small roaches. We called the host and they tried to deny the alligations of roaches at the room. A new room was given to us, looking beter than they previous one but we where already disgusted with the standard of the place. For the price of this place per night we expected atless better coffee than coffe that looks like tea bags and no milk. This is a first stay but definitely a last stay for us.

Gifty was really a pleasure and really helpful considering we arrived late evening!

Nothing really but something to look at a leak in the bathroom when you run the bath but could not workout where it was coming from exactly!

Friendly staff, management is outgoing they will do everything to make your stay wonderful, clean facilities in a very convenient area everything is close by. Loved it!!!

Everything was nice and clean and the staff was very nice and accomodating. The area is also nice.

If you sleep more than one night it could be a little cramped for a family of four. I would also suggest Netflix or Showmax.

Die fotos is bedrieglik. Daar is nie eens ŉ stoel of tafel om by te eet nie. Daar is nie vensters nie. Die waaier is groter as die kamer. Fotos bring jou regtig onder ŉ verkeerde indruk. Net die bed se kopstuk is afgeneem.

Panorama Self Catering is very close to medical facilities in Panorama, which was very convenient for visiting family there. The staff were flexible with my changing situation and welcomed me.

Adequate for what I needed.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The place was good.

The bathroom had a terrible damp smell. We could not use the pool. Stayed for a week, had to ask for toilet rolls did that once and just bought my own. The unit was not serviced, had to ask for it to be cleaned mid week. Towels were not changed. Had to request. I think additional staff needs to be employed to attend to these important details.

Disappointing

It was nice and clean the only thing that was bad for us was the bedding needs attention and there’s only 1 comforter on the bed and a little fleny blanket and it was raining and very cold for us not being used to cape towns weather. The bedding can do with an upgrade

The small size of room. The inadequate facilities to cope with loadshedding. This is a self catering apartment. All the appliances are electric. No provision made whatsoever.

It was convenient and very close to the Panorama MediClinic.

The TV didn't work properly and if you are going to advertise the place as self-catering, it should have a small table and chairs as well as a stove and oven. There was also no milk for the coffee and tea.

There was a lot of noise from some of the guests. Also the tv dissapointed me and my partner as the channels and the signal were so poor. Maybe I can suggest you getting dstv or even open view. That would be better.

Great stay, comfortable and friendly staff always ready to help

I liked the service of the manager and the staff member on the ground. They were quick to make sure I was comfortable and met my shifting needs. Gifty was amazing throughout the process and always helpful.

TV had limited channels and snow screen. Unable to watch. Only 1 coffee although we booked for 2 people for 2 nights. Dinner plates in cupboard were not clean. Towels clean but faded - had to pay R20 extra for towels/linen. No loadshedding solution - had to leave with wet hair.
