A perfect little gem

Everything.. Eliza has thought of everything and the apartment is cleverly thought out with quality furnishings. It is perfectly placed right in the old part of Passignano.. next to so many good restaurants.. and a roof top bar. .. There's also a fab little Pasticeria 5 steps away from the main entrance!

Nothing .. just make sure you read parking metres .. you need to pay between the hrs of 8 am to 8pm .. then it's free overnight.. but only until 8 am .. the following morning!

Beautiful apartment and would love to return

Everything! The view and balcony, the location, the village, the apartment. Beautifully equipped and fitted to the highest standard. Really clever use of space. An amazing hob that heats in seconds. Lovely touches like the complimentary vouchers to the fab bakery next door, milk and water plus breakfast bites all available. Really well equipped cleaning and general amenities. Very very comfortable super king sized bed and furniture

What a spectacular place! A beautifully presented apartment with every little detail meticulously thought out. And the location couldn’t be more perfect - right in the heart of the town with a spectacular lake view!

Great apartment and host! But some things to note...

I thought this was a great apartment! Spacious, decent kitchen, nice enough bathroom. It has a balcony that looks over the lake. The host was very helpful and it was very easy to gain access to the keys. The information that the host provided was very clear. The breakfast vouchers for the bakery opposite only covered a croissant each - I think they should add a coffee to those vouchers so it is a proper breakfast. But we loved the croissants and pastries there! Been thinking about them ever since. Overall a very pleasant stay.

I don't have any complaints about the apartment other than that the wardrobe/drawer space was quite limited. But something to note about the local area (which isn't related to the apartment) - it was incredibly hard to get a taxi, especially if you don't speak Italian. Some advice/phone numbers/tips from the host for taxis in Trasimeno (not from Perugia) would be really useful. The locals (in the restaurants and bars) were very rude and unhelpful. You can tell this isn't really a "tourist" area. We did, however, like the food and the staff at a restaurant nearby called Osteria Cuore Di Mamma.

Perfect in Passignano

The Apartment is very clean and beautifully appointed. Everything you need for a great stay is there. The view from the balcony is excellent . We loved the pastries for breakfast.

Lovely lakeside apartment.

Excellent location overlooking the lake. Small but usable balcony. Had lots of basic provisions like coffee and tea. The croissants supplied for breakfast were excellent. Did not actually meet host but communication was good.. Passing nano is a quite lakeside town. Not a lot to see really. Castiglione is more old town but super touristy. We think Passignano the better option.

There was no lounge/sofa to sit on. Had to sit on bed to watch tv. The screen door to balcony needs repair or replacement.

Beautiful apartment, perfect location.

The property is in a perfect position in the centre of the village with a balcony overlooking the lake. It is spacious, well equipped and very comfortable. There are lots of lovely bars and restaurants nearby. We hired bikes from Carlo at Trattoria del Pescortore & cycled around the lake. There is also a ferry service. We would highly recommend staying in this apartment.

we stayed one night at The View and I wish we stay longer! Such a lovely place ! Everything was so clean , modern and professional plus apartment looks stunning. And the view!! There was nothing missing, all snacks, drinks, fresh towels and all facilities ! perfect locations

Lovely place to chill out, potter around and enjoy lovely food. Great boat trip to Maggiore island.

Breakfast tokens provided for the patisserie shop opposite, lovely with the coffee that was also in the apartment along with milk, juice and biscuits. Location next to the lake was fabulous the pictures don’t do it justice. Even in March the sunsets over the lake were fabulous. Good base to drive to many other lovely places, Cortona, Montepulciano, Deruta and many more.

Expensive car parking, €1 an hour from 8am till 8pm, really adds up when staying a week but obviously not the fault of the property. We did manage to get a rare free space for the last day which was nice!

What a stunning apartment overlooking Lake Trasemeno and in direct line of the sunset. Very comfortable with everything we needed for an overnight stay. Extremely good value for money and I would stay there again given the chance. Very friendly host who made check in very easy. Thank you for a wonderful stay!! 10/10

Bell'appartamento, nuovo! Bella vista sul lago

Mini appartamento ,ristrutturato con gusto, vista lago, con balconcino privato, vista lago , nel centro storico del bel borgo di Passignano Partenza traghetti praticamente sotto casa. La struttura offre alcune convenzioni con ristoranti della zona, che abbiamo facilmente sfruttato.

È stato tutto molto semplice ,ma sarebbe meglio segnalare il self check in . Ci sono diversi parcheggi molto vicini, ma a pagamento.. La colazione offerta è costituita da prodotti confezionati ma 'essenziale' , ad esempio due cialde di caffè di numero. in aggiunta la struttura offre anche un coupon per ritirare due croissant dalla pasticceria sotto casa.

Ho amato la posizione, comodissima per esplorare la zona e allo stesso tempo tranquilla. La vista sul lago è davvero spettacolare e rende il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. L’alloggio era impeccabilmente pulito e l’arredamento curato nei dettagli, accogliente e moderno. Nel complesso un’esperienza davvero ottima, ci tornerei volentieri!

Geweldig uitzicht

Wat een mooi appartement! Bij aankomst zouden wij via een code in kunnen checken, maar helaas was de stroom uitgevallen waardoor dit niet kon. Maar de eigenaresse kwam na ons telefoontje heel snel ter plaatse en heeft het opgelost. Wat een prachtig uitzicht ook, er waren alleen heel veel muggen helaas (komt uiteraard door het meer) dus wij hebben de deur naar het balkon gesloten gehouden :-). We hebben heerlijk gegeten in een restaurant waarvan een kaartje lag in het appartement en kregen daar ook nog een kleine korting. Het bed was erg comfortabel. Het ontbijt was niet veel, maar er lag een bon voor één croissant p.p. om te halen bij de bakker tegenover de B&B. Daar hebben wij gebruik van gemaakt en zelf wat extra's gekocht. Maar wil je verblijven aan het Trasimeno meer dan is dit wel echt een aanrader!

Het ontbijt zou iets uitgebreider kunnen door bijvoorbeeld yoghurt (met muesli o.i.d.) in de koelkast te zetten, en wat meer keuze om te drinken, de ruimte is er ;).

Tolles Apartment mit traumhaftem Ausblick

Einfach alles. Die Lage, das Apartment, die Ausstattung, die Aussicht, der Service und der Kontakt bzw. die Unkompliziertheit. Eine sehr, sehr schönes Apartment mit viel Liebe eingerichtet, renoviert und saniert. Ein Traum. Modern, alles neu, super sauber, unheimlich schick und gemütlich. Sie hat alles was man braucht und noch viel mehr ( z.B. Haarfön, Klimaanlage, Heizung, Fliegenschutz, Balkon, etc.). Mitten in der Stadt, mitten im Leben, erste Reihe am See, aber trotzdem ruhig. Mit einem traumhaften Ausblick. Die Vermieter haben sich viele Gedanken gemacht und sich Mühe gegeben, damit man sich wohl fühlt. Und das tut man, mit Kaffee, Tee, Saft, Wasser, Zwieback, Gebäck, verschiedenen Marmeladen und Gutscheinen für den Bäcker (für je zwei Croissant). Einfach nur toll. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern hat super geklappt und war unkompliziert. Das Check in erfolgt über einen Zahlencode und dann erhält man eine Schlüsselkarte. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

La struttura è accogliente e ben arredata, progettata per sfruttare ogni spazio in modo intelligente e funzionale. L’affaccio sul lago dalla suite è magnifico; solo quello merito la massima valutazione nella recensione.

Non sono comodissime le ultime scale per l’accesso alla suite ma essendo un borgo storico è comprensibilissimo.
