Pousada Lençóis Maranhenses

A pousada tem uma boa infraestrutura, com piscina, estacionamento e restaurante. O quarto é confortável, estava limpo e tem ar-condicionado. A equipe também oferece serviço de táxi para o centro, o que é uma facilidade.

Para o valor da diária, esperava um pouco mais em alguns aspectos. O café da manhã é simples e poderia ter maior variedade. O restaurante também tem uma proposta básica e senti falta de opções mais leves e práticas, como pratos individuais e pequenos lanches. A pousada fica a cerca de 15 minutos a pé do centro. A distância não é um problema em si, mas o trajeto não é muito agradável e pode ser cansativo após um dia de passeio pelos Lençóis. A pousada oferece serviço de táxi, cobrado à parte. Pelo valor da hospedagem, seria um diferencial se esse serviço estivesse incluído, ao menos em alguns horários.

The pousada is beautiful, and the heated pool was the highlight of our stay. My kids loved it, although it could have been cleaned more often. Breakfast had a decent variety, and my daughter loved the pizza from the restaurant. It was by far the best meal we had there. The location is also very convenient.

Customer service needs significant improvement, especially at the front desk and in the restaurant. Considering the prices and the clientele the pousada attracts, I expected a MUCH warmer and MORE welcoming experience. A smile and a more attentive attitude would make a big difference. The restaurant service was also very slow. On one evening, we waited nearly an hour for our food. Aside from the pizza, most dishes were expensive and mediocre. Breakfast could be improved by offering more options for guests with food allergies and dietary restrictions, such as dairy free milk alternatives. Finally, the menu should accurately reflect what is actually being served. If a dish isn't picanha or filet mignon, it shouldn't be advertised as such. Guests who regularly eat those cuts know the difference, and advertising one cut while serving another creates false expectations and is misleading.
