Leicht außerhalb, dafür etwas ruhiger, sehr gut am öffentlichen Netz angebunden. Trotz sehr gebrauchtem Zustand der Immobilie, hohes Sauberkeitsempfinden.
Leider schon sehr abgewohnt, nicht barrierefrei.

ロケーションが良かった。駅近で商店街やコンビニも近くとても便利だった。大阪の下町も楽しめる。一方、商店街が近いため近所で夜半に騒いでいる方がいた。
せっかく湯船があるので、お風呂の洗い場にイスがほしい（シャワーで使うなら問題なし）バスタオルの数は十分だったが、フェイスタオルがあればよかった。

広々としていて、清潔感もあって、友達の家にお泊まりに来たような感覚でした✨️ コンビニ歩いてすぐのところで便利！ 駅も近くでした！
周りが住宅街で静かな中キャリーケースをゴロゴロとひいて歩いてたどり着いたので、ご近所さんにご迷惑がなかったかが心配でした💦

とても綺麗で清潔感があった！ Switchがあった！ 二段ベットが揺れないくて、寝心地もよかった！
