La cosa bella è avere il parcheggio privato nella proprietà essendo che a Marsiglia non ci sono quasi mai parcheggi liberi

Logement propre et grand, bien équipé; bonne climatisation; bon équipement cuisine; calme.
LE CLIC-CLAC !!! Louer c'est aussi pour dormir et de préférence bien ! Le clic clac est une calamité; je voyage très souvent et là franchement c'est plus que limite !!

La situation géographique est idéale et la place de parking dans une cour intérieure est un vrai plus.

L'emplacement est un vrai point fort : le logement est situé à quelques minutes du centre en voiture, bien desservi par les bus, et nous avons même pu rentrer à pied du Vélodrome après un concert sans difficulté. La place de parking est également très appréciable, car il est difficile de se garer dans le quartier. Enfin, la climatisation fonctionne parfaitement, ce qui est un réel plus avec les fortes chaleurs.
La propreté à notre arrivée laissait malheureusement à désirer, notamment dans la douche. La vaisselle était également sale, ce qui nous a obligés à tout relaver avant de pouvoir utiliser la cuisine. Enfin, la literie est vraiment à revoir : que ce soit le clic-clac, le matelas ou les oreillers, le confort n'était pas au rendez-vous.
