Bacaya-Beachfront-3 Bedrooms

This is a beautiful property with a stunning view onto a quiet sandy stretch of beach and a perfectly proportioned infinity pool. Whilst close to the airport it’s not in the flight path, so there is little aircraft noise / disturbance, and you are close enough but not on top of livelier areas. It is very well maintained and restful with access to a range of conveniences. The villa is well managed with great communication before and during your stay. Beds all have mattress toppers making them softer than other villa properties we have stayed in across Thailand.

There is a little road noise/ evening bar noise heard in the living area, which is to be expected from a coast road situated property. We didn’t have the need to use them, but the television in the master is disconnected, and the television shown in second bedroom is not there. The first floor bedroom tv doesn’t have a controller. Plug points near dressing tables and beds would be a great addition in the future.

Die Villa Bacaya ist eine sehr gemütliche und einladende Villa, in der man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Die Lage ist hervorragend, ruhig, aber dennoch perfekt gelegen, um alles schnell zu erreichen. Tom, unser Gastgeber, war extrem hilfsbereit und freundlich und hat uns bei allen Anliegen sofort unterstützt. Dank ihm war unser Aufenthalt absolut entspannt und angenehm. Wir können die Villa Bacaya wärmstens empfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

We loved everything about the property, location and luxurious comfort it offers. The host of the property was very well informative about the island and also gave good recommendations for places to hangout. We travelled with a range of age in our group from 4-70+, everyone enjoyed their stay!
