Royal Tipunch sea view villa

Everything was excellent. The accommodation was very beautiful, clean, and extremely comfortable. When traveling with family, staying in a villa is a great choice. You can go swimming at any time. It was especially reassuring that the villa gate is always locked, so there’s no need to worry about strangers entering the property. At the same time, the villa owner and manager were very helpful. They picked us up from the airport free of charge. Since we wanted to rent three scooters, it was difficult to find that many available at once on the street, but the villa owners organized them for us and had them delivered to the villa. The owner also kindly offered to take us to the grocery store with his own car. On the second day, he even brought us water and cocoa because we hadn’t had a chance to go to the store yet. At the end of our stay, they arranged a larger car for our family’s transfer to the airport. Our child forgot a sweatshirt at the villa, and they brought it to the airport for us. The villa owner also gave our family a gift – local souvenirs. We highly recommend this villa – our family would return there anytime. We wish the villa owners much success and many happy guests in the future.

The villa was wonderful. It was absolutely immaculately clean, spacious and had a lovely swimming pool. It was perfect for my husband and myself, my teenage daughter and my husband’s adult son. Every we needed was provided, including coffee machine, dishwasher, full oven, microwave, toaster, and lots of cutlery and crockery. The villa is located near to a small market area where there are restaurants and small supermarkets to buy essentials. It is also almost opposite the Big Buddha temple which is definitely worth a visit. Justine was an excellent host and was immediately contactable at all times when we needed her. At one point during the week the water ran out (due to the government turning off the supply) and Justine’s husband arrived around 10 minutes later to sort it out. We are definitely planning to book the same villa for our next trip. Can not recommend it enough!

Only one small niggle which didn’t affect our enjoyment. The water pressure was a little low which meant that the temperature of the showers was a bit unpredictable.

really everything is excellent.. first of all mrs justin and his husband is very helpful .. they assist us to tell us good places .. they arrange to us transportation.. also when we need to rent a bike they take us to good rent shop.. the important thing is what you see in pictures you will see exactly in real . for sure when we come back to koh samui will stay in same villa..the swin in the pool at night is wonderful.. the quiet atmosphere and privacy . thank you mrs justin for everything’s. see you soon .
