Sugar Beach 337 is a 1 bed, 2 bath condo that will accommodate 4 guests. 1 king bed and 1 queen sleeper sofa. Low density, family friendly complex directly on the beach. Newly renovated with stainless appliances, granite countertops throughout, LVP floors throughout, flat-screen TVs, and new decore. Great location within Sugar Beach with side views of the beach and Gulf from the private balcony. Enjoy the view from the balcony, or take the elevator down to the boardwalk and enjoy the sugar sands of the gulf. Relax in one of the 4 pools. One is heated during the winter.
Sugar Shack snack bar open during the summer season. BBQ and picnic tables available on site.
Condo is located on the third floor. Main level has the kitchen, living room with sleeper sofa and full bath. Upstairs is the bedroom with king bed and 2nd full bath.
Allergy friendly - pet free for over 8 years.
Beach chairs and umbrellas available to rent on the beach during summer season.
Conveniently located close to restaurants, bars, Gulf State Park, shopping and many other attractions. A car is recommended.
Rental Agreement to be signed with 24 hours of booking. Security deposit of $250 required. Parking pass is $35 per car, limit 1, to be purchased onsite.
Exterior painting will be ongoing during the months of July and August.

The Condo was clean and right on the beach. Host was very attentive and was easy to reach if we needed anything.
