About this house rental
Spacious and bright house, renovated in 2021.
Quietly located in the countryside of Pordic very close to the beaches and 800m from the customs path (GR34) where beautiful walks await you.
Single storey house with veranda overlooking a large garden.
The accommodation
Large living room, equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and double sinks, separate toilet. The house has 4 bedrooms with a dressing room in each bedroom as well as a travel cot if needed. One of the bedrooms opens onto the terrace.
The house has a pellet stove.
The house also has a large closed garage at the back.
Barbecue, deckchairs, garden furniture, parasol and games (boules, shuffleboard and molki) are available.
Traveler access
The nearest train station is in Saint Brieuc, 15 minutes from the house.
The village of Pordic where there are many shops (bakery, butcher, caterer) is located 3km from the house.
Intermarché de Pordic: 2km
Binic, town with a port, many bars and restaurants, a beach: 7km
Saint Brieuc : 10 km
Saint Quay Portrieux: 15 km
Pleneuf Val André: 35 km
Cap Fréhel: 57 km
Perros Guirrec and the Pink Granite Coast: 76 km
Tournemine Beach is 2 km from the house and Petit Havre Beach is 1 km away.
