Modern, great location

Loved the modern and stylish apartment, located very close to the main attractions of Gdansk. Very comfortable stay - the apartment had everything you may need, including a washer and a dishwasher.

Everything was great. The apartment is very clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The location is very convenient, and it has almost everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The only downside is the absence of a microwave (or maybe I just didn’t find it). Other than that, everything was perfect - no other issues.

The apartment is really beautiful and comfortable, has good amenities and accepts dogs, which is a great plus. Location was excellent!

There was no bigger mirror (there is a lot of space for it, and yet the only one is the small mirror in the bathroom). Also there should be some vacuum or floor brush available. Especially when you have a dog it’s a must to keep the floor clean. The tiles on the balcony weren’t properly glued so that they moved and my dog was afraid to step on them. He ended up not using balcony more than sitting at the entrance and I don’t blame him, I also got a bit scared first time it moved under my feet. The blinds in the living room are very bright to you get a lot of light in the morning- not ideal if you wake up with too much light. There is a kindergarten in front so during the week it becomes a bit loud with kids screaming, but it didn’t bother me much.

Exceptional

Perfect location for the old town super clean and modern apartment in a new build complex fitted with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Finished to a high standard would also like to thank the two young women in reception for letting us leave our luggage for a couple of hours very professional and friendly.we will definitely stay here again if we return to Gdansk

Everything was perfect. Clean and Nice apartment. Perfect location. It had everything we wanted and more so. Even coffe and tea.

Excellent and nice stay!

Very clean rooms. Everything is well-designed and really comfortable. Bathroom with a bath - it's really good. A lot of thing for a life in a flat (e.g. things in the kitchen, things for clothes, etc.). Thanks a lot.

The only problem was a little bit hard to find the right house (it is not shown correctly on Google Maps), so it took some time, but it's not a big problem. However, some scheme or a map of houses would be really handy.

Super pobyt

Ekstra lokalizacja, blisko Starówki a jednocześnie trochę na uboczu. W sąsiednim bloku Żabka, krótki spacer do Biedronki, piekarni, warzywniaka, cukierni czy barów mlecznych. Apartament bardzo komfortowy, wyposażony we wszystko, co potrzeba, duży i jasny, wygodne łóżko i poduszki, tv z możliwością zalogowania się na streamingi, po prostu wspaniały pobyt.

Jedynym minusem jest plac zabaw na dole, gdzie przychodzą grupy przedszkolne, ale po pierwsze to nie jest w gestii zarządzającego apartamentem, a po drugie to jakieś dwie godzinny dziennie i nie bladym świtem, więc można przeżyć. Przydałaby się też większa szyba pod prysznicem, bo mimo starań zalewa się łazienkę.

Modernt, välutrustat, rent och bekvämt boende nära till gamla stan och Lidl. Det finns TV i alla sovrum, enkelt att titta Netflix. Superbekväma sängar, rymligt badrum.

Bakom staketet till bostadsområdet är omgivningen inte längre fin. Hårtorkare funkade inte.

Apartament bardzo czysty, nowocześnie urządzony, wszystko dobrej jakości. Na plus ręczniki, pościel, wyposażenie kuchni. Bardzo pojemny balkonik. Super lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko. Również na autobus czy tramwaj. Polecamy w 100%. Nic na minus 👍👌

Top Lage und Ausstattung, störende Baustelle

Das Apartment ist neu, modern, voll ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Perfekt für einen entspannten Urlaub. Die Lage zur Innenstadt war optimal. In der Nähe befand sich auch ein Supermarkt, sodass eine Selbstversorgung problemlos möglich war. Es gab zudem einen Raum, in dem man sein Fahrrad unterstellen konnte. Für Autos gab es zudem eine Tiefgarage.

Die Kommunikation über die Zugangsmodalitäten waren unnötig kompliziert. Ich hätte mir zudem gewünscht, dass man mich darüber informiert hätte, dass ich für den Müll- und Fahrradraum einen Generalschlüssel brauche, den ich mir an der Rezeption geholt habe. Bei Auschecken hätte ich den Schlüssel in der Wohnung liegen lassen und musste daher mit meinem Gepäck wieder über das ganze Gelände, was bei entsprechender Kommunikation auch entbehrlich gewesen wäre. Dass man aber für eine Wohnung mit Balkon, der quasi wenige Meter von der lärmenden Großbaustelle entfernt hängt, einen höheren Preis fordert, entzieht sich meinem Verständnis. Er war dadurch quasi nicht nutzbar.

Zepsute zasĺony i mimo prosby nie naprawil personel, mimo prosby nie otrzymalam odkurzacza. Okropny halas za oknem dzien i noc i przykry widok ziemi gdyz budowa . Brak spokoju do wypoczynku. Powinien byc tu spory rabat lub odszkodowawcze :) za taki haĺas. Brak mikrofali. Goräce duszne pomieszczenia.
