Lo que más me gustó es la ubicación del piso. Es perfecta. Tiene Parking, eso es un súper plus y se agradece muchísimo. tuve un problemita con la llave del portal y fue resuelto en minutos.
Me hubiera gustado saber está información antes de reservar. Es un piso interior con muy poca luz. Estuve 33 noches y la ropa tardaba más de una semana en secarse. Muchísima humedad y camas muy incómodas. En la cocina debería haber más menaje para poder cocinar más cómodamente porque casi no hay.

Gostei da localização, muito perto de bares e restaurantes. Foi bom termos um cartão de acesso a um parque publico sem ter que pagar.
O edifício cheirava constantemente a fossa. A televisão e o comando não funcionavam (mesmo depois de me queixar, ninguém veio resolver o problema). O apartamento dispõe de duas ventoinhas de teto que são insuficientes para combater o calor que se faz sentir em agosto. É imperativo uma casa destas ter ar condicionado. Foram algumas noites mal dormidas devido ao calor.
