How amenable the facilities were to the property so mini market was close by, so was the pool and the beach. The staff were really friendly.

We booked to have a double bed in our property and got told no we only have twin beds, so immediately not happy. We didn’t have a kettle so we had to ask for one which we got quite quickly which wasn’t that much of an issue, however we did report that the shower door came off its hinges which meant that every time we used it the bathroom floor would be flooded in water and no-one came to fix it. Also considering we live in the UK and we flew over to stay for a week for my brothers wedding we asked for a late checkout as our flight was at 7pm in the evening and checkout was at 11am and they said no, however when we asked if we could stay on site a bit longer so we could use the facilities so the kids weren’t bored they said yes but we had to pay an additional 30 euros which of course we paid but very unimpressed as most companies allow you to checkout and stay on site a bit longer.

Todo muy limpio, y cómodo.

Lo que más me ha gustado ha sido la ubicación, en el pinar y al lado de la playa. También hemos disfrutado mucho de la piscina. El agua no estaba fría y había sombras y sol Sin agobios. El personal y el ambiente también ha sido agradable.

El interior del bungalow parecía muy viejo ya que los materiales estaban muy deteriorados. Sobre todo el suelo de linóleo (o similar) muy estropeado. La mesa de comedor también. La puerta corredera del baño se salía con facilidad. Aunque en cuanto lo comenté vinieron a corregirla enseguida. Todo eso hizo que pareciera poco acogedor. He estado en otras instalaciones similares y la madera ofrece una calidez mayor.
