Cosy,comfy,central

Really cosy comfy cottage. Very pleasing and well equipped. Great location, enjoyed looking round Moffat on foot. Good check in and out times. Slept well, quiet location yet so close to the centre. Look forward to staying again to explore more when have time and light enough for evening walks. Very spacious yet cosy so will be happy to come again and even stay alone. Very friendly town, everyone welcoming.

Perfect cottage, perfect convenient town location.

Location in town is perfect. We had no problem parking right outside the property, which made loading and unloading belongings and dogs much easier! Easy access for walking dogs by Annan river and playing fields. Facilities inside property are perfect too!

I mentioned the extractor fan in bathroom wasn’t working to owner. So some condensation after showering.

Good location, good value for money

Location was great right in the heart of everything and great for dog walking, the fish and chip shop is exceptional so much choice,,,my wife had deep fried mars bar!!!! Unfortunately we only stayed one night so did not have the opportunity to explore further afield

Lovely overnight stay - wish could’ve stayed longer!

We loved this cottage and if need arises we will definitely stay again. We stayed overnight as flying from Edinburgh airport and wanted to wake up closer but having seen it would happily do a weeks holiday there! It is very well equipped. A quiet street but VERY near to Moffat town centre with all its amenities. The bedrooms are perfect. Good sized bathroom and very well equipped kitchen. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

A cozy stay in relaxed surroundings.

It’s spacious enough for 5 people, yet very cozy. The distance from Moffat to Glasgow and Edinburgh is not too far.

The double bed was really too small! My husband is tall and he was laying stuck between the headboard and the foothboard. Because the bed is only 140cm wide, diagonal wasn’t an option too, so we didn’t sleep very well.

An enjoyable stop over in a lovely little town.

Our family of four stayed in Moffat as a stop over on a drive down south. We arrived around 8pm and checked out in the morning so sadly didn't get to spend much time in the cottage but our short time there was nice. The cottage was spacious and clean and our girls particularly loved their room and the cozy cottage feel.

A great place to stay, we all loved it, most likely we'll be back!

Lovely cottage! nice layout, easy to get to, easy parking outside, very handy for the market square. We stopped off at Moffat for a round of golf on our way up north & the golf course is well worth playing, with a clubhouse with lovely views & the cottage is less than 5 minutes away

Central location for everything in the town and lovely walks cottage very comfortable with good sized kitchen dining and easy parking at back of property

The stairs are a bit steep and would be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues but all these cottage’s were designed that way

The facilities were all provided and everywhere was very clean

Three older not too mobile ladies we found the stairs very difficult and the bed was too hard, but appreciate that is personal preference

Perfect location

Allows dogs, near to both shops and fields. Arrived and the cottage was nicely heated was able to park outside.. Lovely people in Moffat. Had a great breakfast in cafe ariete, scrambled eggs and haggis. Coffee was also good

It was in an excellent location, just off the high street. It was very clean, warm and nicely decorated. There was a lovely walk nearby for the dogs by the river which they loved, which was beautiful.

I can’t say there was anything we didn’t like- seating was a little restricted in the living room for 4 adults but we don’t spend much time in there to be honest.
