Uitzicht op zee en de omliggende heuvels, verwarmd ruim zwembad, tuin, separaat appartement, vriendelijke en gastvrije host, goede schoonmaak halverwege, BBQ faciliteiten, ruime parkeergelegenheid

Paar dingen kunnen nog beter, zoals smalle binnentrap, slaapkamerdeuren die niet van buiten open kunnen, vlonders geven wat vuil af aan voeten maar dit zijn kleine dingen die niet in verhouding staan tot de kwaliteit en klasse van deze villa !

The villa is beautiful and it looks like well taken care of. The Host Katerina made our stay very comfortable, even though we spend a lot of time just inside the house. The service, I would say immediate if you compare to Greek service around the country. Thank you very much for your professionalism, Katerina!

Unfortunately the weather was very extremely windy (exactly that full week ), so we couldn’t use outside area, bbq was not allowed as well during that strong wind, as you might get a fine for that. Our bedroom was the smallest compare to our friends and it was very noisy, we couldn't sleep the whole week as it was extremely loud, because shatters were making noise - together with wind it was like a train. I'm not sure if that kind of wind was mostly in that area where villa is located, cause when we visited other places like Cape Sounio Hotel and Four Seasons there was no wind at all and it looked lovely. We were a bit upset that it was not possible to book a villa for 1 night to see how is the weather around.Otherwise we would have moved to another place where wind is not so strong. The stairs in the house though, not all people can fit there by the way. Yes you can enter second floor from outside, but it would be nice if you put a lock on the door, as you have to keep it open all the time, otherwise no one can enter, and the last person who close that door on a second level ,have to use that tiny- tiny staircase to come out of the house from the first floor. Incredible inconvenience for us was a check out at 10am, nowhere in airbnb we have experienced that.

This is an amazing place made excellent by its remarkable concierge. She makes this lovely property exceptional with her service, knowledge, and attention to detail. The property and spaces are beautiful and worked great for a large group. We made the most of the pool and outdoor kitchen and the home’s layout was perfect.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this villa – it exceeded all our expectations. The location is stunning, offering both beauty and tranquility. The villa itself was immaculate and exceptionally clean, with a fully equipped kitchen and everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The host was amazing – very friendly, responsive, and made everything easy with seamless key delivery and collection. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and it truly felt like a home away from home. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a perfect getaway. We would definitely stay again without hesitation!
