The Host, the place and the area were wonderful. The weather was perfect and so was the ocean.

The place was wonderful and the location was in the middle of everything. Our host told us about free transportation for the area, called circuit. We utilized this often and we only paid a tip. The drivers were really nice. There was a washer and dryer around the corner from our unit. Both the washer and dryer were extra large and looked brand new. The host supplied detergent. Jane. who was the host was exceptional. We got in late but she had come over and turned on the lights, so the condo was easy to find and we did not walk into a dark house. She even left us lots of snacks from Trader Joe's and left a box of Keurig coffee which we loved. Jane and her staff went over and above to make sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this property and host!!!

Very nice facility; very tastefully decorated and stocked. Bed was comfortable and parking was very convenient. I was able to resolve any issues I had with Jane, the host.

There were charges (like $130 cleaning charge) and policies (pet) that were not readily apparent until after the booking was completed and the deposit would be forfeited upon cancellation.

A nice quiet apartment, equipped with everything we needed. Comfortable furniture and bed, multiple televisions, coffeemaker, ample plates, cups, and cookware. The apartment was also tastefully decorated.

The bathroom was really small. We just had to adjust to its size, which wasn’t a show stopper.

Wonderful and amazing location

Jane was wonderful host and helped us through our hectic schedule. She went above and beyond and even left a little treat bag for my dog! Location was great laundry on site, five minutes to the beach and she was quick to respond when I had any questions. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen is stacked with essentials and more. Even left us a massive snack bag that we attacked on late nights! Definitely recommend. We decided to make this our main stay when we visit family in South Florida.

Wish the wall AC unit was quieter. Got loud when watching tv.

I loved everything! This felt like my own little home from the moment we entered the little apartment. And what about the host! She was always happy to answer me and to help me with the little things. great service! It is close to a 24/7 pharmacy, a supermarket, some fastfood restaurants and the buses. I would recommend this place to everyone and I will surely come back.

Excellent location, very nice place, very clean, extremely comfortable. We especially liked the 2 bathrooms. Our host Jane is amazing! Not only very nice and helpful, but she had a big welcome basket with snacks and a nice greeting card for us. She made us feel like at home. We would rent her place anytime.

Jane and her husband were amazing. They were extremely accommodating. We couldn't ask for a better stay anywhere. We stayed in the two bedroom, two bath apt. it was very comfortable, clean and very well appointed. Jane thought of everything that you could need. it was like a home away from home. Her extra touches were really appreciated. We definitely will be back.

Jane at Victory Park was more than accommodating to us as we came over from Fort Myers after Hurricane Ian. The apartment was spotless clean and had everything you could want. It was a fully furnished turn key apartment, that was close to everything. We couldn't have asked for anything better.
