Cet hébergement est comme un bijou que l'on découvre dès que l'on franchit le seuil de la prote d'entrée. Petit mais très bien pensé et optimisé avec astuce, modernité et qualité, il nous a permis de vivre une semaine en toute quiétude avec le souci permanent de ne rien abimer. Et quel plaisir de déjeuner sur la petite terrasse ! Si je dois revenir passer quelques jours à Luchon, il est impensable de loger ailleurs.

ce que je n'ai pas apprécié .... ressemble à un caprice. J'aurais aimé un peu plus de raffinement dans le linge de maison ; c'est à dire que les draps de lit loués à la conciergerie étaient extrêmement propres et adaptés, mais on ne peut plus blancs, basics et fonctionnels. Alors comme tout est parfait dans cet appartement, on devient difficile !!!

The location, the view and the balcony.

The apartment is well located and close to town, the outlook from the balcony is pleasant and picturesque. Unfortunately, due to the extreme temperatures, we were unable to use the balcony very much, only early morning and late afternoon. Our stay was for ten days, our adult son was cycling the mountains and we planned to relax and explore the town. Our arrival time was four o’clock in the afternoon, if we wanted to arrive an hour earlier, we were asked to pay an additional ten euros! The next day, around 10 am, the concierge contacted us, by email, advising us about our departure requirements, emphasising cleaning requirements and a reminder to empty the trash. A cleaning package of 50 Euros or more was also available. We replied within the half hour by email with our cleaning concerns, washing machine had paper in it, toaster had crumbs in it, dishwasher filter had not been cleaned and the area around the rubbish bin in the kitchen cupboard was dirty, just to name a few concerns. We also had a problem with the remote control, which operated the gate for our car access. We received a reply late Friday night to our concerns. We were asked not to contact the concierge on weekends unless we were arriving or leaving the apartment, and this day was Friday! The concierge did not sound worried the apartment was not clean and told us we should have reported it the night we arrived. We did take photos of some of our concerns. We received incorrect advice from the concierge about the gate remote control problem, but worked it ourselves as the remote being temperamental. On the day we left the apartment, we cleaned as much as we could, and it passed the inspection. The external pipes in the bathroom and toilet still had months of dust and hair on them. Behind the rubbish bin in the bathroom was still full of dust and fluff. In the corners on the floor below the skirting boards still need cleaning and the door tracks still had months of dirt and leaves in it.
