Located in the heart of the famous and charming Allées d'Étigny, steeped in history, the apartment "Au 47 allées d'Étigny" invites you to stay in a place where tradition and modernity meet. Located on the 2nd floor of a Napoleonic-type building dating from the early twentieth century, this recently renovated apartment can accommodate up to 4 people, ideal for couples, families, groups of friends or spa guests.PGJyPgPGJyPg
A little history:PGJyPg
Before the construction of the current building, a house had already existed on this land since 1837, belonging to Arnaud Soulérat, doctor and mayor of Luchon in 1830. This house was rebuilt in 1852 and then completed by two shops in 1854. Later, it became the property of Doctor Chapelon and was rented out during the spa seasons. The building was raised in the twentieth century, which gives it its elegant Napoleonic silhouette today.

The apartment, very bright, enjoys a pleasant view of the mountain and the gondolas leading to Superbagnères, in a quiet setting thanks to the latest generation double glazing and the comfortable elevator serving the floor. It consists of:
