Nestled in Davenport, you’ll be just moments away from Orlando’s top attractions, including Disney World and ESPN Wide World of Sports. Experience all the magic our home has to offer, from the private pool and game room to the themed bedrooms and access to 'The Grand Clubhouse.'

Looking for the perfect Orlando retreat to celebrate exciting milestones or relaxing vacations with family and friends? We would love to invite you to enjoy our beautiful 5-bedroom home in the beautiful Solterra Resort. This large home is in the City of Davenport, just minutes from Orlando's top attractions, including Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, ESPN Wide World of Sports, and Sea World.
The home is beautifully furnished with impressive theme room decor and a game room for hours of fun! Enjoy all the amenities of the Solterra water park including a lazy river and large community pool
Relax with a refreshing dip in the pool and spa and enjoy everything this unique home, upscale community amenities and Central Florida has to offer. We know you will enjoy this house as a perfect home base to bring your family and group together for some fun and excitement in Orlando!

*Cost: $45/night (3 nights min.), billed separately.

*Weather: System targets 80°F-100°F. In extreme cold, it may auto-pause for safety.
The Neighborhood:
Solterra is a gated community with fantastic resort amenities, featuring a clubhouse, resort pool with water slide, cabanas, resort pool, fitness room, tennis and volleyball courts, children’s playground and recreational area. kids will love the lazy river, whilst parents can relax in the hot tub and enjoy frozen cocktails from the poolside cafe.
Located in Davenport just minutes from Orlando’s theme parks, shopping, dining and other area attractions. Solterra resort is in a great location just 5 minutes from a supermarket and other stores. There is also an Imax movie theater and many other stores located at Posner Park, just 7 minutes away.
Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee
For Short-Term Renters (meaning, “any tenant residing in a Resident’s home pursuant to a valid rental or lease agreement with a rental or lease term of less than one (1) year”) who wish to utilize the Amenities only for the duration of their valid rental or lease agreement, the Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee will be charged at the clubhouse front desk when guests check in.
The primary person will need to provide:
• Their reservation information which shows:
• The rental property address.
• Check in and check out date.
• Number of guests.
• Identification that matches the reservation name.
• License plate information for the primary vehicle.
The guest will then pay the Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee. The fee will be charged via Square with a credit or debit card only. No cash will be accepted. It is a one-time fee per house per reservation. They will be issued a Resort Access Card (2 cards max will be issued per party) to show the front gate of the pool at each entry, they will also be issued the 4-digit code for the month that will allow access to the gym. Guests will need to have this card in their possession on the pool deck as well for staff to verify if asked. After hours check-ins will go to the guard gate. The guard gate will issue car passes and guests will need to visit the clubhouse once reopened to pay the Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee to gain access to the pool the next day.

This property is incredible! The house is brand new, lots of space with a heated pool in the backyard! Everything is so clean, the neighborhood amenities are incredible and it’s a short 25 min drive to Disney for half the cost of the usual price of a hotel with LOTS more space! We will be back, host was great at responding and checking in. Highly reccomend for a family vacation,

We loved staying in the house! It was brand new and very nice throughout. Every room had its own smart TV and almost every room had its own bath. The back yard pool and hot tub were great. The location out by Champions Gate in Davenport is a bit “out there” and traffic can be a nightmare if you want to go anywhere. The community water park is okay… but does not live up to the pictures. The water slide is very short and our kids were bored with it in 5 minutes. The lazy river wasn’t heated and the hot tub was not working. The restaurant also was not open. The fitness center was very nice and we had fun on the tennis courts. The property owner had excellent communication during the entire stay with any questions we had answered immediately. We vacation in Orlando frequently and this is the nicest house we’ve ever stayed in!
