Great communication with questions for Michael. House had plenty of room for my family. Just needs a paint refresh. Other than that had a great time.

This was a perfect spot for a family vacation! We had 9 people staying in the house and there were plenty of beds and bathrooms for everyone. We heated the pool and used it and the hot tub every day! It was also nice to be able to eat outside on the patio at the large table. We enjoyed walking in the neighbourhood and going to the resort on site.
Communication was quick and answered any questions. We were even able to check in a few hours early which was wonderful!
The location was in close proximity to everything we wanted to do, but like others said it does take some time to get there due to traffics. You just need to plan a little extra travel time. Also pack extra toilet paper, paper towels, dish tabs & laundry soap/dryer sheets!.
We would definitely stay here again!

This home was gorgeous. Loved the decorating throughout the place, very calming for a vacation. And the game room —so fun! The things left to be desired was the hospitality, the “little touches” per say that would make a house a home. I’ve stayed at hundreds of short term rentals and the ones that were a true 5 always made it feel like they took the guest experience into mind. For example, the soap dispensers were not filled with soap, they did provide one cleansing bar per bathroom but I was using this for body wash. They had a washer and dryer, but there was no laundry detergent and not something I’m going to bring across country in my suitcase. After a long day of flying, we got to the property late at night when we first arrived, and were a little disappointed to see no shampoo, conditioner, or body wash. Not that this is a required element but it does show hospitality especially since the grocery stores were closed at that point. There was a mishap with the pool heat fee the first night in which neither the spa nor the pool were warm the first night. I texted the guest contact and they stated when they came over the next day it was at 84 but supposed to be set at 88. However they made it right and refunded for what we paid for the pool heat fee the first night. In addition, there are frames when you first walk in expressing the rules of the property. But it would have been better to be welcomed with nice artwork, not rules that feel like they are “jumping off the walls”. I am a huge rule follower, but maybe not the first thing I want to see when first walking in. The welcome book is more than enough, and in plain sight on the kitchen island. Although, the welcome book is out of compliance and the fines listed throughout the book (ex: $500 smoking fee) are not something that the industry supports or is allowed to have. Especially if a guest reports this to their distribution site, not only can they not pursue the charge, but the distribution site can force cancel the entire reservation and refund the guest in full because it doesn’t match what is listed on the description, nor the pre-stay. This is why the guest are charged the damage plan, to help owners cover for costs of damages and, or smoke remediation. In addition, there is a security alarm that sounds when you walk out the back door to the pool. Maybe a small posted sign near this to alert guests how to avoid this would be nice. We had a nice time, but a few touches go a long way.
