About this house rental

Stay comfortably in this completely renovated, 2,000 sq. ft. private single family home with 4 bedrooms, 3 full bath, designer kitchen with large center island, office room and attached front loading 2-car garage. Professionally furnished to deliver a high-end living experience for up to 6 guests. Perfectly suited for families and business professionals visiting the D.C. area. Centrally located in Fairfax, VA, minutes to Dulles International Airport (6 miles) and Washington D.C. (24 miles).

Sleep easy in the overstuffed queen and full-size memory foam mattresses and enjoy amenities including a modern kitchen with brand new appliances, high-speed wireless Internet via Verizon Fios, large screen televisions with wi-fi ready apps, Netflix, HBO, Amazon Prime and Disney+.

- No parties or events – undisclosed guests warrants immediate eviction or additional fees.

- Quiet time after 10pm.

- Lock and secure the property when going out.

- The fireplace is not for use. Any damages resulting from use of fireplace will be the responsibility of the guest.

- Use the supplied candles wisely - put out flames when going out and before bed time.

- Refer to the electronic guidebook provided after a confirmed stay for instructions on proper home use, placement of key items such as fire extinguishers, TV equipment, and areas of interest (restaurants, cafes, etc.) in proximity to property.

- Follow the instructions under the “departure” section of the electronic guidebook when checking out.

- Maintain Cleanliness: Please treat this home as if it were yours and leave the property as you found it. This home is for not events, conferences or groups that want to entertain large parties. We welcome quiet couples or families. If the property is left exceptionally dirty, such as perishable foods left in the kitchen, dirty dishes in the sink, furniture rearranged, or trash not taken care of, there will be an extra fee of up to $500.

- Late Checkout: Unauthorized late check outs will result in additional fees, depending on the time of checkout. We clearly communicate our 10am checkout, and our cleaners’ schedule cannot be changed without penalty to us. If you fail to check out by 10am, unless otherwise agreed, you will be charged half of the nightly rate for the property. Staying past agreed checkout time is considered trespassing.

- Internet/cable: We provide you high speed Internet as a perk. Any misuse of the Internet, including illegal downloads and copyright infringements will be met with a penalty fine of $50 if discovered.

- Privacy and Safety: This property is equipped with security cameras on the outside of the property. We use these cameras to monitor during check in to verify accurate guest count, and review footage if there is an incident. The cameras are all outside.

This property is equipped with a smart fire alarm and carbon monoxide detector. Any detection of smoke will alert management by text message. Please check to make sure stove top and oven are turned off and candle flames put out before going out and bed time.

- Amenity Stock and Restock: We provide enough trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and other home items for about 5 days of use. Beyond that, it is the responsibility of the guest to replenish.
