About this apartment rental
Wake up in the modern, spacious studio with peaceful forest view located Herndon, VA, bordering Reston.
End unit townhouse with a separate entrance, spacious 1 bedroom with a private bath and kitchen. Parking on the community premises. Beautiful fully remodeled kitchen. Among the amenities are two tennis courts, gym, two pools* and more.
Perfect 15 minutes walking distance to the Herndon Metro Station.
Shopping plaza with supermarket, Sushi and Kabob restaurants, and more are 5 min away.

Parking - the parking is available in the community. It’s first came first serve. There are always enough spaces, however you might be able to park close or farther from unit depending on the availability.
We do allow you to stop by on the driveway to unpack for up to 30 minute (on premises - only 1 space, free street parking near by can be used for additional parking)

Pets friendly space, small animals like cats or small/medium dogs are allowed with no extra charge. Please contact the host if you would like to bring a larger animal.

Whether you are visiting for business or pleasure, this studio is an ideal location — just 22 miles from downtown Washington, DC and 13 minutes or only 1 metro station away from the Washington Dulles International Airport.
Condo is located on a first floor of tree story townhouse. Townhouse has a two units in total and two separate entrances for every unit. The entrances to the condo is located on the backyard and has dedicated sidewalk that leads to the backyard gate.
Parking: We offer 1 parking space in the community (you will have to place the parking permit that is provided in the studio, on a rear view mirror).
In addition there is a street parking and a plaza parking in a close proximity from condo.
Accessibility: Once you arrive to the condo location please follow the white sidewalk to the backyard gate. The entrance is completely private as well as the backyard.
You can stop by the townhouse to unload at any time.

Stayed for 5 weeks and would absolutely return. Studio is in a great, quiet neighborhood with walking/running paths, nearby outdoor pool & community gym. Private patio out back is peaceful. Parking along Monroe is quick & easy, a one minute walk car to door and other options for the infrequent occasion it's full. Host is responsive & helpful. Location is convenient for airport, stores, metro, restaurants.

The apartment is just as pictured. The main room was very spacious and comfortable. My dogs enjoyed the fenced in back area. Though there is no grass so I still had to walk them outside of the fence in the grass.
The only drawback was the parking. Be prepared to park and walk because the parking is first come, first serve. There is not a reserved spot with the rental. I had to park down the street and around the corner.
The neighborhood felt safe and Harris Teeter is walkable right across the main road. Communication prior to the rental was very good. I would definitely stay here again!

We just needed a simple affordable room to sleep in after a sporting event, and this brought it! Clean, quiet, private. Also has the perfect little fenced in area for our Corgi pup to enjoy the great weather!
