Out of more than 20 countries I've visited, this has to be one of the best-located stays I've ever experienced — truly in the heart of everything, and within walking distance to some of the city's best restaurants. The apartment was spotless, with a thoughtful setup including a coffee machine (with milk and coffee ready to use), a first-aid kit, and a wonderfully spacious bed. Late-night check-in was effortless thanks to the keypad lockbox, and small touches like the elevator made everything even more convenient. The host was incredibly kind and attentive throughout — I genuinely enjoyed every moment of my stay and would highly recommend it.

The shower area has a curtain system, which tends to get wet during use and can occasionally cause water to spread onto the floor. Perhaps switching to a glass partition in the future could offer guests greater comfort, both in terms of ease of use and keeping the bathroom dry.

Great location. Bed was very comfortable. We found it quite peaceful even though there were bars downstairs. Great value for money.

Great location...super quiet, even though the street was loud and had a busy bar nearby. The apartment was small, as the name suggests, but has everything we needed.

The apartment was well located in the city, close to public transport, easy to and from airport, of sufficient size and spotlessly clean with mostly newer furnishings. Loved the pillows; got to get some for me. The owner was very nice. Allowed me a later check out due to it was raining. Over all, for most people it would deserve a high rating.

The apartment is very hard to find given that Google maps don't show it's correct location or how to access it. The owner had to navigate me in after I texted him to confirm the location. Thankfully he was on property. I could not get a hot (thankfully at least it was warm) shower for more than a few seconds at a time and continuously had to adjust the temperature until it reached its maximum (still warm). This probably had to do with the water heater purposely shutting off when I left the apartment as I was instructed to push a button to start the heater each time I returned. And given the lateness of my returns, I could only allow about 30 minutes for the water to heat before showering. And after 25,000 steps each day exploring Athens, a shower was truly required. Personal quirk, I know, but you asked... Also, the mattress was far too soft and I woke up each morning with a bad back ache... So, both the beginning and end of my days there were less than pleasant. Otherwise, it was great!
