The location was perfect, its in the heart of Athens. Jakuzi was also very nice, it has a view of Acropolis which is especially nice in the nights. The host was very receptive to our requests, we requested additional towel sets and early enterence to the room which he provided very kindly.
Very comfortable beds, no noise in the building and also the room was quite clean
There was a humidity problem, most likely caused by the indoor jakuzi. The smell of humidity did not go away even if we open the windows to calm it down. Combining with the narrow room it felt a little heavy. Separating the jakuzi with another drywall or placing some moisture-absorbing stone might help a lot for the bedroom part. Lastly, there was a hanger on the ceiling but a mini wardrobe would help a lot for clothe storage

Location is just perfect one street back of Ermou. Bed and pillows were very comfy. They left two bottles of water , coffee capsules and tea. Jacuzzi was joyful.
It s studio so no balcony, no wardrobe and quiet small for two friends. I was with my husband so that was okey for us for couple pf days.
