The location being right off the highway was convenient. One of the owners was very pleasant, said they will be renovating soon. Clean, nice little yard, very Americana. Very easy parking.
Air conditioning was a wall unit blowing warm air and I wasn’t able to get the window open. Shower and toilet were very small and not easy to navigate. My teenager who is six feet tall said it’s definitely not made for tall people. Exterior door definitely not secure; door knob lock and interior chain, and could see daylight through the door frame. Stayed two nights and coffee and clean towels were not replenished for the second day. Managed by property owners who are a married couple. Not easy communicating with the husband; no judgement, maybe he has health issues but, he kept forgetting who we were and didn’t follow through with the arrival instructions he gave when I booked the room over the phone. Super expensive compared to city accommodations.
