We booked this place for our annual friends weekend getaway, and it was perfect! We kayaked, explored local markets and shops, and relaxed and caught up around the patio and firepit. We'd definitely stay again!

This was a beautiful property, secluded enough that you felt all alone. We were able to catch a lot of panfish enough for a delicious fish fry and some to bring home. Mt. Morris is my favorite lake for vacationing. I’ve been going there since before I was born-so many memories.
We’ve already booked our stay for next year.

My daughters and I booked this lovely cottage to get away for spring break in WI to read, watch movies, do puzzles & play games. The weather was less than ideal (cold, rainy and snowy), which made it perfect for staying inside and doing these things. This cottage is very cozy, clean, and comfortable with ample seating in the living room. We enjoyed the large-capacity Keurig coffee maker, and the kitchen was well stocked for preparing meals at home. There are several highly recommended restaurants in the area to try, but we enjoyed shopping for groceries and staying in the cottage. We also liked being right on the water and enjoying the sweeping lake views. It's a really nice property - practically a peninsula. We kept thinking how wonderful this cottage must be during the summer months when guests can take advantage of the lake and all of the outside amenities! One of the main reasons we booked this cottage was the ability to bring our two dogs, who had an amazing time running off leash. They've had obedience training, but they still can't go unleashed in the suburbs, so they were in heaven running around and playing with the neighbor dog, Sophie. Overall, we loved this cottage and sincerely hope to return in the summer months, but we also look forward to returning in the winter months, too. Fall must be amazing here!

Weather was perfect. Beautiful Lake, nice large yard for dogs to play. We enjoyed our stay despite some glitches. Lots of lake toys, could use some periodic cleaning. If you need to stay connected for work or family reasons, check with owner prior to your arrival. The internet didn’t work and couldn’t be repaired until after our departure. We also had poor to no cell service using US cellular.
