The closeness to the beach was excellent. You could either go left for Los Cristianos or right for Las Americas. Owner was great as we needed a replacement iron.
The smell from the toilet which didn’t always flush away the paper was not nice. The hot water didn’t last very long (there were 3 of us). The wardrobe space was limited. Not many hangers. There was no full length mirror. A proper ironing board would be better.

Liked the position of apartment. Liked that it was generally quiet complex Liked the beds. Liked the cleanliness of most areas apart from shower area
The shower area needs more attention to cleaning around the glass/ silicone and mould( but not excessive) The fly screens need a deep clean.

Emplacement très bien. Le parking est vraiment un plus.
Literie de mauvaise qualité, une planche de carton entre le matelas et le sommier. Odeur désagréable à l'arrivée. La piscine n'est pas adaptée aux enfants. Impossible de jouer avec une bouée ou des accessoires, impossible de goûter sur place, impossible de sauter du bord même si la piscine est vide. Il n'y a qu'un pass de clé, et il y a 3 portails dans la résidence avant de sortir. Compliqué lorsque nous sommes 4.
