Nice property with a bright clean feel. Had comfortable beds and nicely appointed at an incredible price. Staff allowed us an early checkin

The communication from the staff is very clear and timely, about the check-in. The staff are helpful and professional and responsive, they are the major highlight of this property l.
The apartment is very spacious, and well situated in the city. The building is overall very nicely renovated.
There is a door code for entry, which is very useful as you don't have to pass around keys
Overall it was a good stay, all things considered - but would not choose this apartment again, would choose a different one
I have stayed in one of the Casa Macías apartments (no. 6) last year and was very happy with it, hence why we decided to book again, just a different apartment - there is quite a big difference between the apartments, so be careful which one you choose. We stayed in no. 3 this time - it's very big, which is great, but it's an interior in the living room (so there's not much light there and feels quite dark) and the rooms face the street, where any noise outside is audible and can wake you up (so you have to choose between shut windows when you sleep or the noise).
Overall, the biggest issue we had was the lack of ventilation. No matter what we tried, opening the windows and keeping them open, the apartment is not well ventilated and remains humid. The bathrooms don't have windows and the fan is simply not enough, even when permanently left on.
The apartment is renovated and modern, however it would use some minor maintenance repairs (e.g. the shower is leaking, the toilet seat is broken etc )

Everything! Great hosts, great location, very clean and spacious apartment. Excellent kitchen facilities and washing machine. Comfortable beds. Good wifi. Good AC. 15 minute walk from the train station.
The showers were a little small and you can hear street noise even from the 2nd floor.

The ease of access was appreciated. The location was excellent.
The kitchen is very poorly equipped. There were no wine glasses. No paper towels. No scissors to open packing in kitchen. The lighting is depressing. The contact person answered our queries but was cold and not at all friendly.
