No tiene cafetera ni tostador, el sofá estaba un poco estropeado y sucio

Appartamento ampio, spazioso, luminoso, pulito. Il parcheggio è all’interno dell’edificio, quindi molto comodo per chi viaggia in auto (attenzione bisogna registrare l’auto prima di arrivare, poiché si deve attraversare una ZTL). L’accesso all’edifico e all’appartamento è gestito da codici e da un’applicazione da scaricare sul cellulare, é una cosa da valutare per chi non ha dimestichezza con le tecnologie smart. Il personale che gestisce l’appartamento è stato sempre gentile e presente per rispondere alle nostre domande e comunque c’è l’agenzia fisica nel centro storico di Cadice per qualsiasi necessità. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

La posizione è un po distante dal centro: circa un’ora a piedi o pochi minuti con autobus (comunque la fermata è vicino casa e le corse sono frequenti)

Location was perfect for us as we were in town for the swimming competition. It was 3 minutes walking distance. Also we had a partial ocean view and was able to hear the roaring waves. Grocery store around the corner, and the best burger joint Big Pimpy is right on the corner. Apartment had all the utilities we needed. Food measuring weight scale in the kitchen was the perfect surprise since we had to calculate everything for our diabetic son.

Having to deal with AI generated redundant text messages was annoying. It was saying everything but nothing at the same time. Beware of the surprises in the garage. The entrance is at the back from the board walk/promenade side. GPS takes you to the front of the building on the main street. Sometimes the square button to access the garage they give you doesn't work. Also at check out we were told to leave the keys in tbe apartment. Then we got stuck in the garage and had to pull the emergency cord to open.

Lokalizacja tuż przy plaży. Podziemny garaż z prywatnym miejscem parkingowym oraz internet, który działał bez problemowo. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, wygodne materace.

Fatalna aplikacja do otwierania drzwi apartamentu. Ponad 4 godziny oczekiwania pod drzwiami (rozładowana bateria klamki drzwi wejściowych) aż ktoś rozwiąże problem. Nikt nie reaguje na kontakt telefoniczny, po 15min dojeździe (własnym samochodem) do biura obsługi stwierdzono że maja zbyt wiele problemów. Mieszkanie kiepsko przygotowane do pobytu, wszędzie obecny kurz oraz grzyb na ścianach (brak wentylacji w mieszkaniu).
