La falta de limpieza, el apartamento huele a humedad y el sofá cama es muy incómodo

La ubicación y el apartamento es perfecto para una familia de 4
Que anuncia que tiene aire acondicionado y no funcionan correctamente ya que no echa aire frío aun teniéndolo en modo verano, el sofá cama es para usarlo únicamente niños pequeños ya que el peso de un adulto no es cómodo. La terraza esta muy bien, la única pega es que toda persona que entra en el portal te ve perfectamente al igual que la terraza de al lado y pierde bastante intimidad.

Todo… es muy cómodo y 100% accesible. Está a pie de playa , repetiremos seguro. La terraza que tiene muy bonita.

the location was great because I was attending a sport event at the swimming complex 3 blocks away. In addition, the beach and great restaurants were nearby.
The air conditioning unit was down from the moment we arrived and never got fixed during our 5 day stay. The staff was aware of the issue before we arrived and did not contact us in advance or provided a portable unit. They did provide 2 fans after 2 days in and several complaints.
