fabulous location and position. good size. Amenities and restaurants very accessible

Furniture was very tired didn't function properly and there was still crumbs on the floor in the kitchen and hair on the bathroom floors on arrival.

Location and view excellent.Also bedding.

Mostly a lot of little issues that could easily be rectified. TV was difficult to initially operate due to loose aerial connection (rectified by Mark the handyman) and exacerbated by no directions to operate. Only 2 wine glasses (one large and one small) apart from bubbly glasses. Cutler cheap quality as if bought from an op shop. Onlycoffee or tea cups were large mugs. Of the the five cutting boards only the wooden one was nice enough to use as the rest should really be discarded. Kitchen plug doesn't fit the sink which was mostly preferred for nightly washing up due to the small dishwasher and insufficient small cups and only 3 teaspoons. Instruction on use of A/C were in a bottom drawer and not in a clearly available booklet along with other directions for TV, induction stove and front loader washer for those that are unfamiliar with these appliances. Upstairs penthouse area is basically of little use as the furniture is very basic including a table with rust all around the edges.
