This superbly positioned townhouse 'RIVERSTONE' is only one of two townhouses on the exclusive Howard Street. Only 40 metres to the rivers edge and the same to Lake Weyba ( best of both worlds). This beautiful townhouse is the ultimate escape for up to 6

THE SPACE
This property is split over two levels. The ground floor consists of two well appointed bedrooms (ceiling fans). One with a queen bed with balcony and smart TV and the other has 2 single beds. A large bathroom services the two bedrooms with bathtub and shower. This level has a separate laundry with washing machine and dryer.
Full clothes line is outside the laundry with a herb garden at your disposal.
Upstairs consists of a main bedroom with queen bed and balcony (air conditioned). It has a walk through robe and ensuite with double basins and a double shower.
A media room with a comfy couch/board games and toys for kids , books and large smart tv has soaring ceilings and a powder room. This leads through to the livings areas with high raked ceilings and great natural light.
The kitchen comes fully equipped for you to enjoy dining in with a 610 litre fridge, stainless steel appliances and gas cook top. Complementary kitchen condiments and herbs.
Luxury furnishings throughout the air conditioned dining and living areas.
A Smart TV and 3 other smart TV's provided. WiFi provided. Electric fireplace.
Sliding doors lead out to the balcony with a out door 8 seater dining, bean bags for the kids and BBQ area. Steps lead down for you to enjoy your privacy of your own plunge pool and river views.
Riverstone is very spacious 230sqm and with multiple living areas its perfect for families and groups. Single garage parking for small to medium car and plenty of off street parking available. Driveway is for drop off and Pick ups only.

NEIGHBOURHOOD OVERVIEW
There are dozens of cafes, popular Thai, Greek, Japanese, French, Italian and Australian, fresh caught seafood, alfresco dining, floating bars, BYO and licensed venues just a short stroll from your door step. Make the most of River Cruises, Catalina, jet ski, Kayak, SUP hire or take a dip in one of queensland's rated rivers. Dozens of river and sunset cruises pick up only 100m away. Fabulous fishing to be had either end of the street.
A flat 1. 1 km walk to local shopping centre and tavern and 28 minute flat walk to Hastings Street. Yacht and Rowing club also close.
GETTING AROUND
Great public transport, Bus stop approx. 30 metres away at end of the street. Uber and taxis available. Free public buses on the weekends . Noosa ferry picks up only 100m away and has many stops from Tewantin to Hastings street.

All linen provided including pool towels. Travel size toiletries provided. Portacot/mattress and high chair and stairs guard is available on request. Fishing rods, tackle, esky, picnic chairs, scooters provided for your enjoyment in a storage box outside laundry.

Great house in a great location. Well appointed (even found a sewing kit!). Airco on top floor for the hotter days and fans in the bedrooms below which worked well for us. Super clean, nice stock of games and books. Litmus test is always whether you would book again and I definitely would. Thanks Francelle!
