La struttura si trova ai piani superiori della casa privata del proprietario. La stanza è carina e ha dei buoni servizi ma decisamente troppo costoso per gli standard del Vietnam. Ci sono strutture molto più belle a prezzi inferiori.

Lam spoke very good English which made it easy to communicate. They also have an app for all the local recommendations which made it easy to get around. The building was very quiet and clean with good ac,clean bathroom. The breakfast was also delicious. The location is also very central making it easy to pop out for some food. We only spent one night but would stay again if we are ever passing through!
The bed was a bit hard but is pretty standard in Vietnam.

The room is very very very small and the bed is the size of the room.
The price is very very expensive compared to the size of the room we always pay this price for a room in Vietnam but it was more comfortable and bigger.
500 000 dong for 1 night is why I give 5 / 10
For 300 000 dong I will give a 8/10
