Nice viewpoint of the lake, the staff were friendly and the room was enormous with motorbike parking and a restaurant right next door. Great spot to stop for 1-2 nights if you are on a road trip!
I went in late Dec so it was rather cold to do any activities, but I would try again, especially if you wanted to do a boat ride or explore the area in the warmer months. The area is a single road, so at night there isn't much going on,n but there are a few cafes to try out. Also, avoid the banana pancake and go to the cafe/restaurant next door for meals. I regretted it but it was included in the price, but wouldn't get that again. I imagine it's to appealto travelling foreigners
